Meet Katie Schwartz Ph.D.
FOUNDER AND AEROSPACE ENGINEER
Katie brings over a decade of aerospace engineering expertise to her role as owner of MTHRBOARD. As an engineer, she loved solving complex aviation challenges — designing critical components and systems for commercial and government projects.
Today, she channels those problem-solving skills into helping small businesses create and optimize their operations.
MTHRBOARD was established to fill a critical gap in the business space — a lack of access, funds, or expertise to build out efficient operating systems. The company is committed to creating customized solutions that help businesses sustainably scale, founders avoid burnout, and teams work together cohesively.
When not optimizing operations, Katie enjoys exploring her home city of ATL, cheering on her alma maters (WVU and Georgia Tech), and chasing her two young kids around the backyard.
